How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password" and follow the email link to set a new one.
How does Premium work?
Premium is an optional monthly or yearly subscription adding unlimited hearts, a weekly streak freeze, advanced analytics, offline lesson downloads, and unlimited review sessions. All learning content stays free without it. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel any time in your device settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Subscriptions. You keep Premium until the current period ends.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the Premium screen and tap "Restore Purchase" while signed into the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
What are hearts?
Hearts let you make a limited number of mistakes before a short break; they refill over time. Premium members have unlimited hearts.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → account settings and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in English, Urdu, and French. Lessons teach Quranic Arabic.
